CHECKLIST FOR NEW POTENTIAL EMPLOYEE AT KOLEJ UNIVERSITI ISLAM PERLIS (KUIPs)

ii. Original copy of applicant’s information (Resume/CV), copy of academic qualification certificates, copy of relevant certificates and copy of identity card that has been certified valid.
iii. Applicants are required to send application information to the KUIPs Registrar’s Department or use the postal service to the address below:

iv. Applicants can also send application information (Resume/CV), copy of academic qualification, copy of relevant certificates, copy of identity card and fill in the applicant’s information in the application form in PDF format only via email to hr@kuips.edu.my stating the position applied and the applicant is only allowed to apply for one (1) position only.
v. Applicants are required to submit the application before the closing date of the application (for advertisements of administrative and academic vacancies) and if the applicant submits after the application date will not be entertained.
vi. It is emphasized that only the COMPLETE and CORRECT application information as well as meeting the requirements of the service scheme will be selected in the screening process and shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or telephone for the interview session.
vii. If the applicant does not receive any response after six (6) months from the closing date of the advertisement is considered unsuccessful.
