This research aims to introduce Imam Ibn Al-Daqouqi: (d.: 735 AH), and to explain his methodology in his commentary on Al-Shatibiyyah, known as: Al-Hawashi Al-Mufida fi sharh Al-Qasida. An introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the preface, Its author is also one of the masters of the craft who are skilled in it, as described by scholars, I dealt with the definition of Imam Al-Shatibi and the text of Al-Shatibiyyah, then I introduced Imam Ibn AL-Daquqi and explained his approach in explaining it on Al-Shatibiyyah, following in that the inductive approach to the chapters of the fundamentals. And one of the most important results of this research was: Imam Ibn Al-Daquqi was unique from the rest of the commentators of Al-Shatibiyyah by limiting and investigating the letters in which the dispute occurred in the entire Qur\u2019an, proving with evidence that the book Jami\u2019 Al-Fawa\u2019id attributed to Imam Ibn Al-Daqouqi is not correct to be attributed to him.
