This was done through an analytical study of certain Qur\u2019anic verses with diverse topics under a unified method and approach, in order to delineate this objective and its aesthetic dimensions under the Islamic law. This culminated in reaching some findings among which the most significant include: The existence of interdependence between the Shar\u012b\u2019ah rulings and the objectives that protect human life generally and that of a Muslim in particular, and differentiating between this objective and the objective of pacifying (Tasliyah) the Prophet \u2013peace and blessing upon him- and those who follow
