Customs and man-made laws have agreed on the importance of security in the lives of individuals and nations, their advancement and building their civilizations, and they have striven to search for ways that would achieve this goal, but they often stand unable to achieve their goals. Because the topic is related to the human instinct and human nature, in which aggressive characteristics are imprinted, leading to spreading fear and insecurity among people. These qualities make controlling security by man-made laws difficult to obtain, and that the solution is in the law and guidance of the Qur\u2019an. Because it is a law from the Lord of all creation, who created this man and knows what he whispered to himself, and sent down a Qur\u2019an for him that suits his guidance and the nature of his creation. This study aims to reveal the major foundations that the Qur’an came to achieve societal security, and to demonstrate its validity to achieve it in every time and place. The study followed an approach based on tracking the verses that came in this context, synthesizing them, then deducing conclusions and perceptions, and organizing them according to topics to achieve the objectives of the research and address its problems. Among the most important results of the research: The Holy Qur\u2019an made the pursuit of societal security an overall goal in all its legislation and gifts. Being pious, achieving social cohesion, justice and fairness in all aspects of life, and caring for concepts and perceptions are the most important foundations on which social security is based in the Holy Qur\u2019an.
