Arbitration Steps<\/h3>\n

Journal step by step Publishing Policy:
First & second week<\/strong>:
1. Receiving the research to the journal’s email. The researcher should send an acknowledgment testifying that, his work is not published in other journals.
2. Subjecting the research to a preliminary review to ensure its validity. This doesn\u2019t count as a preliminary refereeing process.
3. Notifying the researcher with a message on some important elements of the defect which do not abide with the conditions of publication, and demanding amendments and corrections, then resending the research.
4. Ensuring that, notifications sent to the researcher are modified.
5. Informing the researcher of the initial acceptance of his research, in order to send it to the final refereeing.<\/p>\n

Third & Fourth week<\/strong>:
1. Sending the research to the final arbitration by two competent bord of editorsreviewers.
2. Waiting for the editorial bord result.
3. If the refereeing board approved, the researcher will be notified of that, so that he can make necessary amendments within a week.
4. In the event of a late response from one of the reviewers; It will take a long time to send back the research to the researcher, due to sending the research to an alternative reviewer.<\/p>\n

Fifth & Sixth week<\/strong>:
1. If the research is unapproved by one of the two reviewers, the research will be sent to a third reviewer for the final decision.
2. If the reviewers approved, this period will be the right time for the researcher to make necessary amendments and corrections.
3. Then the researcher should send a draft of the final version of his research which meets the technical conditions, coordination and etc.<\/p>\n

Seventh to Eighth week<\/strong>:
1. Providing an official letter to the researcher informing him of whether his research is accepted or not.<\/p>\n
